metakino is a series of mini-festivals dedicated to essay films, experimental documentaries and short films from around the world. launched in 2019, the series consists of seven editions, each concentrating on a different theme. all films on the programmes are finnish premieres.

all screenings and talks are free and are either in english or have english subtitles. welcome!
